Transformation

Transformation

You’ve followed the truth held deep within your intuition—and now, you’re in freefall. Chaos surrounds you. The ground beneath your feet has vanished. It’s terrifying.

What now?

How do we meet the momentous challenge of transformation once it begins—and find our way to the other side?

It’s easy, especially for those who guide others, to forget just how disorienting and overwhelming this moment can be. A moment you may have been waiting for—perhaps your whole life.

To move through it, we must set aside our preconceptions. We must recognise that practices rooted in kindness, humility, and love ease the burden on the heart and mind.

You are loved. And that love begins with the love you offer yourself—the care you show your own heart through patience and forbearance.

We cannot rush the process. Transformation takes time. Gradually, signs appear. Doors open. New paths reveal themselves. The act of surrendering to the great mystery at the heart of transformation becomes a quiet revelation: control was always an illusion.

The alchemical process asks us to accept this truth. Transformation is not a solo endeavour. It is a sacred collaboration—a becoming—of all we were born to be. A miracle the world has long awaited.

You don’t need a perfect plan. Not for next year, or even next week.

The question is: what are you being called towards?

How are you being invited to meet this moment?

The opportunities that arise may take your breath away. They will astonish you. They will lead to beauty and wonder you may have barely believed existed. These gifts have always been waiting. They are your birthright.

Keep your eyes and heart open. Follow the signs, the synchronicities, the subtle clues that guide you from stage to stage.

Enjoy the adventure. As frightening as it may feel to leave the old self behind, you are sailing uncharted waters. Trust your intuition. It will lead you to distant shores, where treasures of the self await.

The pain and resistance you encounter reflect all you fear you’ve lost. But the more deeply we understand that attachment is an illusion, the more easefully we journey towards our true selves.

This is an ending.
And it is also a beginning.

This coming Sunday, I return to Hitchin Lavender for my first Full Moon Meditation of the year. If you are currently facing deep and profound transformation, this workshop offers support and a framework to guide you on your journey. And if you know you’re standing on the precipice of profound change, know that I am here, always, as an ally on the path.
